BASE MATERIALS
Plywood
Plywood is a board made by rotary cutting of logs into veneers, and then the veneers are arranged perpendicularly to each other according to the fiber direction of adjacent layers, glued and hot-pressed.
Plywood has the characteristics of natural wood, which makes up for the shortcomings of natural wood.
Easy to process, easy to make bending shape, and not easy to deform and crack. Good waterproof and moisture-proof performance.
Application:
Suitable for strong furniture, ceiling and furniture back panel decoration
Particle Board
Particle board is a kind of wood-based panel made by adding a certain amount of adhesive to the shavings, paving and hot pressing under a certain temperature and pressure. In wood utilization, particleboard has a high utilization rate, and the board has good dimensional stability and high cost performance.
Particleboard has a large format and a flat surface. This kind of board has strong lateral load-bearing capacity, good dimensional stability, easy to glue, environmentally friendly, and good nail holding power.
Application:
Cabinet body, cabinet door base material, suitable for load-bearing boards (layer boards, side boards)
MDF (Medium density fiberboard)
MDF is a kind of wood-based panel made of plant fiber as the main raw material after crushing, fiber separation, molding, drying and hot pressing.
MDF has good dimensional stability and surface quality. Good machining performance.
Application:
Cabinet door substrates for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
